He couldn't wait to meet them, so 3 weeks early he came, To look into his mothers eyes, and into his fathers the same. They gave him what every child dreams of, A love so deep and so pure. His brothers beside him, laid on his dads chest, he couldn't have been more secure. Every day he heard mums heart beating, As she carried him on walks in the sun. Before having his beautiful hair gently washed, during bath time he had the most fun. Sensory play and rhyme time, busy days by only week five. He watched the bright lights and heard the mums sing, every reason to think that he'd thrive. Days came and they went, and before anyone knew, Their arms started to ache, such a handsome boy too. He outgrew his small clothes, and started growing so well. Adored his mummy's milk, something everyone could tell. Without any warning, he closed his eyes tight. Mum and dad feeling blessed, kissed their perfect boy goodnight. The heavens called for him, he was needed elsewhere. He peacefully left this world, and it seemed so unfair. They long for him back, for the clock to rewind But his nanna is with him, he was too perfect to stay behind. He'll always be theirs, and when their time comes to be taken They'll meet him once more, their beautiful Aidan.
